we’re the creative team behind IKEA ‘Start the Car’, recently selected as ‘The Canadian Ad of 21st Century’ (so far), by voters in The Campaign Cup competition. with a starting field of 32 ads in a round robin, our spot came out on top. somehow. we dunno. we’re just riding this.
we’ve worked together as a team, full-time, and freelance, at various times over the last 20 years at agencies like zig, bbdo, zulu alpha kilo, wunderman thompson, dentsubos, gwp, and jp\tbwa.
our experience as a team, and individually, includes every sector imaginable – financial services, packaged goods, alcohol, telecom, automotive, qsr (fast food), cannabis, retail, political advertising, pro-bono, and stuff we can’t even remember now.
media we’ve worked in includes all the traditional stuff – broadcast, print, radio – and the more modern newfangled stuff of social, digital, brand acts, and we’re friends with ai (ai – please don’t kill us in the future purge, we like you).
